Perfect! If available, book immediately All the six of us were surprised by the quality of the villa, indubitably built to the highest standards. Design, style, interior, equipment, facilities, luxurious bedlinen, super wifi, gardens, pool, parking, what to say? Just excellent. We got a warm welcome by the charming lady, she made us feel at home away from home. Heating was a plus for one night that was humid. Last, I should not forget the amazing views we enjoyed. Very highly recommended. Have stayed to several villas around the Med, this is a gem. Thank you guys, we are booking again the other villa in the complex for a week in September. We were welcomed very nicely and friendly by Vangelis, the landlord. He provided us with all the important information on arrival and during the week. The houses speak for themselves. They are equipped 1:1 as you can see in the pictures. Very chic and nicely furnished. The equipment is perfect. Everything works perfectly. Super bathrooms. Kitchen huge, chic and in top condition. House and pool were cleaned regularly during the week. Everything is excellent. The outside facilities are a dream, the view beautiful. The beach is within walking distance directly from the house. For everything else you need a car. Which is really worth it. Lefkada is a magical island and we were at a different place, beach or hiking route every day. We had booked two houses and had a wonderful week with a total of 13 adults. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will definitely be back.

We rented the house together with a group of friends and we stayed one week. Is really spacious and is fully equiped with all you would need. And you have a bathroom in all rooms, plus an extra one in the living area. After setteling, we started to see the details of the house, and it's wonderful decorations.After that, the owners arrived to welcome us, wich i found quite nice. At arrival we found yougurt and white wine in the fridge and when they came, they brought a bag full of grapes. They also helped with arranging two rented cars, wich we had in front of the accomodation, early the next day.Cleaning lady was there every 3 days and the poolboy came in our last day. The closest beach and restaurants are at a 5 minutes walk. I highly recommend the place and I would like to return.

We stayed as a group for some days, at the end of August. It was the perfect size and space for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Both Vangelis and his wife made us feel welcome - they even arranged for us to rent some cars. The property is better in reality, there is a small path directly towards beach, and the owners were very kind and accommodating. Strongly recommend this property.

The villa is situated at the end of the road so no traffic noise. The surroundings are beautiful with trees and bushes. Tranquillity at its best. Proximity to the the city and the supermarkets are 10 minutes at most by car. Parking available inside the complex. Plenty of outdoor space around the villa and pool. The infinity pool is large and clean with night lighting for extra ambience. Layout of the villa is perfect with 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Kitchen is more than fully equipped. Anything possibly needed is provided. The hosts are wonderful and eager to provide any information needed regarding the villa and the island. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Hidden jewel in Lefkada The villa was great with lot of privacy and wonderful view to sea coast. Everything was nice and clean. Refreshment waiting in the kitchen. Host were really helpful even we had quite some serious delay coming in. Closest beach is about 300m away with nice taverna. We really enjoyed our time here.

One of the nicest places we ever stayed in. Very nice check-in and adorable hosts. The villa is as it looks like in the pictures and perfectly equipped. 5 minutes to the beach by foot and 5 minutes to the town by car. The hosts are always in contact and trying to make your stay a perfect experience. Very good cleaning service fitted to your schedule and needs. During our whole stay we always felt safe. We felt like home and can't wait to come back.

Hospitality at its best! When we arrived we had a wonderful welcome by our host Molly who was very helpful and friendly. They arranged a baby cot for us and helped us with recommendations for places to eat and visit, they had also bought some treats for us which was very thoughtful of them. Both the interior and exterior of the villa is beautiful and you can tell that the hosts paid attention even in the smallest details. The location of the villa is perfect and we really enjoyed the view and our afternoon meals under the olive tree. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this complex.

We love this place so much that we regularly come back every couple of years. We come back for many reasons - it's relaxed, it's away from the crowds, we can walk down to the beach and we love spending hours just sitting on the deck, watching the sea. Also, there are lots of things to do just a short drive away.

Really clean houses with nice aesthetics that provide everything you may need.The hosts were also really kind and helpful which is a nice attribute.
The place is close to the town center but it is really quiet and peaceful. It is also a 5' walk from an almost private beach which comes in handy.

We returned to Arenaria villas for the second time since we already enjoyed our stay last summer so much. The villas are nicely situated with a great view to the bay, tranquil and by car only minutes from Lefkas town. They are inside and outside really as nice as presented on the website and in very good condition. We can highly recommend them and hope to come back next year.

We lived there for two wonderful weeks. The road to the villa is difficult to find on your own, but there was a person waiting for us at the city of Leukada. If you learn the way to the villa, the road to the beach, to the super market, to the town is a piece of cake. The owners welcomed us from the very beginning with two bottles of wine from Leukada and a smile from ms. Molly explaining everything about the facilities of the place. The villa had everything and when we asked for a shaker they bought one for us. The signal of the wi-fi needs to be strengthened. Dear Vangelis & Molly “We travelled as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenager in July and we had an amazing time. The location was great, easy access to the beach and great location to explore the rest of Lefkada. On one side of the property the view to Ayios Yiannis was breathtaking & beautiful and on the other side the view was lush with vegetation - it felt like the Greek Gods had created this little haven themselves to share with us mortals! The accommodation was exceptional. Attention to detail has been placed on every element. The decor was beautiful. The cleanliness of the property was at a high standard. The wifi connection was reliable (teenager’s top priority!). The pool was huge! The kitchen well stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We loved everything about this property. We have visited Lefkada many times but have never experienced such a wonderful stay. Arenaria Villa will be the only place we will ever stay at from now on when visiting Lefkada - I don't believe that any other accommodation can match it! We stayed for a week just to relax, and lovely it was too. The villa is very modern and up to date. 3 bedrooms all made up with towels, the linen even had it's own designed logo! All the bedrooms were en-suite. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and oven, microwave, coffee machine. There was plenty of cups/sauces, glasses a plenty and enough cutlery to fed an army! The downstairs living/dining room was very modern and comfy too. There is wifi included, although we couldn't get the code until the day after we arrived. The outside there's a 10m x 5m pool with views across the sea and a patio area well furnished to sit 6. The grounds are well stocked with established plants. Overall the villa is fantastic, we booked with James villa's and is worthy of the tag 'Best of James'. We would certainly stay here again, we had a great and comfortable time here. We stayed a week (Sun - Sun) and the cleaner come in Tuesday and Thursday). You will need a hire car to get back and forth to Lefkada, the local town that is well stocked with shops and places to eat.

We stayed here for a week's holiday at the beginning of September. What a lovely place. The villa was like a home from home, equipped with everything you might need with the added bonus of your own pool and an amazing sea view. It was fully furnished and would comfortably sleep 6 . The villa was conveniently situated just 25 minutes drive from the airport and a 5 minute drive from the main port where you'll find many restaurants and bars. A car is a must. However, if you don't feel like driving there are some tavernas a short walk from the villa on the sea front. With a car you can explore the island and also visit one of its many beaches. We would definitely recommend Arenaria Villa to our family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon.

We spent our summer holiday 2013 with friends in the Villa Arenaria on the beautiful island of Lefkas. The villa was a pleasant surprise, although we had seen the photos on the website. The manager of the Villa Arenaria was most helpful, and everything on the property was in perfect condition. The location was perfect – quiet and secluded, close to a nice beach with several good cafes and tavernas. And at the same time very central with only a short bike ride or a pleasant walk along the bay in to Lefkas Town with shops and restaurants and a friendly atmosphere with plenty to do for the youngest in our families as well. There's also a good beach for windsurfing with a nice club/restaurant close to the house (Milo). We rented windsurfing boards also for the children, along with a very helpful crash course with a skillfull instructor. We rented a car during our stay, travelling across the island – west, east and south. So many lovely places! We also rented bicycles and enjoyed the steep slopes and mountains that Lefkas has to offer. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to serve as a reference for future guests. Best regards

Dear Evangelos, work has been fairly hectic for us since we returned from our holiday in your beautiful home on Lefkas. However, before too much time passes, I want to be sure to tell you how very much we enjoyed our time there. We very much appreciated the attention you and your team paid to every detail of our stay and during the booking process. We only experienced excellent service from very pleasant and friendly people. Our greatest pleasures were the simplest ones of relaxing by the pool together by day and cooking and eating together outside each evening. Therefore, to be in such a wonderful environment with such fabulous facilities was just perfect. This holiday was just what we needed to relax us after a harsh winter and some hectic times and hopefully, we'll get the opportunity to repeat this again at some pont.
